• These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and interactions on hafsaimrankhan.com.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products and Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct them.
• Company provides embroideries as mentioned on product inlays; any additional accessories used in photoshoots are for styling purposes only.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We accept payments through secure gateways (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, COD where applicable).
• As per COD policy, courier companies will not allow customers to open packages before payment.
• We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as: item out of stock, pricing errors, or declined payment by the financial institution.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.
• If customs duties apply during delivery, they must be paid in full by the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

• Sale articles and ready-to-ship articles are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
• Exchanges/returns for web orders, if possible can only be processed through a call +92 323 473 0377.
• No return or exchange is allowed based on customer’s personal liking or disliking of the product.
• Faulty items must be returned in their original form with invoice/email confirmation.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.
• Company does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees; all refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit only.
• Orders are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to orders can be made within 48 hours of placement (excluding unstitched articles).
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (excluding unstitched articles).
• Cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit only.

Product Care

• Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.

Intellectual Property

• All content on hafsaimrankhan.com, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Hafsa Imran Khan and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Privacy

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
