1. How can I place an order?

  • You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product, adding it to the cart, and completing the checkout process.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept:
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Bank Transfers
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Lahore only

 

3. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location. The shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and are payable by the client. For example, bridal orders are usually heavier and therefore will cost more.

 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 5–7 working days, while international orders may take 10–15 working days, depending on customs clearance.

 

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Changes can be made within 48 hours (excluding unstitched articles).
  • Cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit only.

 

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Sale and ready-to-ship articles are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for faulty or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

 

7. Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit only.

 

8. How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

 

9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • Please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and pictures of the item.

 

10. Do you offer alterations?

  • No, we do not offer alterations.

 

11. Are the accessories shown in product images included?

  • No, accessories used in photoshoots are for styling purposes only. Only the items mentioned in the product description are included.

 

12. How do I care for my outfit?

  • We recommend dry cleaning only for all our products. We are not responsible for color fading, bleeding, or damage caused by washing.

 

13. Can I open my package before paying for COD orders?

  • No, as per courier policy, packages cannot be opened before payment.

 

14. Do you offer custom designs?

  • Currently, we do not offer custom designs. All available designs are listed on our website.
