Refund, Return and Exchange policy

At Hafsa Imran Khan, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

General Policy

• We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
• Orders are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback unless there is a major fault in the product.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only allowed if:

• The product is faulty in terms of quality or workmanship.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
• The faulty item must be returned in its original form, with tags, packaging, and invoice/email confirmation.

Non-Eligible Items

• Sale articles are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
• Ready-to-ship articles are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
• Unstitched articles are NOT eligible for store credit refunds but may be exchanged in case of a major fault.
• No return or exchange will be entertained based on customer’s liking or disliking of the product.

Process

• For web orders, exchanges can only be processed, if possible, by calling us.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.
• If customs duties apply during delivery, they must be paid in full by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of placement (excluding unstitched articles).
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (excluding unstitched articles).
• Cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit only.

Product Care Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colours due to washing.
• Embroideries mentioned on product inlays are provided; any additional accessories used in photoshoots are for styling purposes only.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• As per COD terms, the courier company will not allow customers to open the package before payment.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as:

• Item out of stock
• Pricing errors
• Payment declined by the issuing financial institution
